Due to health regulations we cannot offer returns on any earrings.
Upon receiving your order, you find it to be faulty, Westmuir Collection are happy to exchange or refund the item/s in full, providing you have a copy of your original receipt/invoice. You will need to make prior contact to us, in writing, with your intention of returning the item/s and provide images of the item/s you believe to be faulty. Please include your name, address, contact number and email. Unfortunately, if you do not have your original receipt/invoice, Westmuir Collection reserves the right to refuse to give a refund or exchange. Exchange of Faulty items will only be replaced by the exact style, colour & size of item, if available, otherwise you will be offered a store credit or refund.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase, however if you wish to exchange the item/s, upon receiving your returned item, we will issue a store credit (excluding postage costs). If you wish to exchange items, we ask that you include a Reply-Paid satchel with your returns. We will ship your new items upon receiving the returns.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Westmuir Collection reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
